Recruitment Process:

At Consys we follow a process of recruitment which has 3 distinct phases. A brief description of the recruitment process at Consys is given below:
* Planning - Profile & Source Plan
* Execution – List Generation & Querying
* Completion – Selection and On-Board Coordination

Planning :

At this phase a detailed evaluation is carried out about the industry, the client and the required profile of candidates needed to initiate a process of talent sourcing. A detailed profile and source plan is drawn based on the specification drawn by the client. While doing so importance is given to client’s current business activities, business plans, work-environment and culture in order to locate and fit the right candidate for the job.

This initial planning which is carried out by us at Consys with the client helps us to identify the needs of the company and that of the candidate and bridge them.

Execution

After a detailed plan is in place the recruitment process is automatically triggered.

Preliminary Screening:

At Consys a team of data management agents maintain a large and dynamic database using high end technology applications. Candidate profiles are queried from the database and mapped to the profile plan. This is followed by a structured interview by a panel of HR consultants performed to determine the candidate’s interest and forms a part of the preliminary screening process.

In addition to the database maintained and depending upon the need of the hour, potential and talented candidates are tracked down from relevant industries by independent personnel deployed by Consys.

Short Listing:

Post the Preliminary Screening, candidates matching the expected levels set by the clients are short listed. These lists are forwarded by our Client coordination personnel to our clients with notes and briefs as desired by the client.

Client Interviews:

Once the interview time slots are scheduled by the client, information about the scheduled interviews are updated to short listed candidates and followed-up to ensure smooth interview process.

Reference Check Validation:

At Consys we also take measures to ensure that feedbacks taken after the interviews are passed on between clients and candidates.

At Consys emphasis is given for eliciting and validating information from persons referred by selected candidates. Reference checks are carried out by competent persons on Consys team in order to ensure accuracy and reliability of information gathered. In addition to the reference checks carried out, at the discretion of the Client we at Consys also carry out independent background checks on selected candidates.
